DECKED storage drawers are made of extremely durable HDPE plastic with unique properties. HDPE is high-density polyethylene, a very strong plastic, yet flexible enough so that it does not crack upon impact. The drawers are exceptionally stable under load, withstand weather conditions, and are intended for daily, intensive operation. For even greater strength, the drawers have a frame reinforced with galvanized steel tubes, steel makes up 30 % of the weight of the storage system. Only industrial-quality components are used during production.
The entire storage system weighs only 90-105 kg (depending on the type of vehicle) – you do not have to worry that the installation will have any major effect on the useful weight of the vehicle.
One drawer can hold up to 90 kg of equipment or material (evently distributed load) without any problems, simply slide it out and everything is clearly at your fingertips. And the top cover plate? It lets you do even more! You can load up to 900 kg of load on it (surface load) without the pull-out boxes being damaged in any way.
We install the storage drawers in your vehicle in our assembly hall in Chrastava near Liberec. Expect about one day, you can hand over the vehicle in the morning and leave in the afternoon with the system installed – you always need to arrange the installation in advance according to our capacity!
Yes. Installation is relatively easy, if you feel manually skilled, you can handle it with the help of our instructions that we have prepared for installation. We send a set of storage drawers by freight forwarder to the destination in the Czech Republic or Slovakia, the shipping fee is calculated individually according to the distance.
Storage drawers are attached to the vehicle using anchor points on the truck bed, with some types of trucks, there is no need to drill into the truck bed. If necessary, the entire set can be temporarily or permanently removed from the bed. Disassembly is simple, you are done in 30 minutes. The system is easy to store, it is divided into two halves that are placed on top of each other – so it does not take up much space.
We keep the storage drawers in stock for selected types of pickups and vans. We are gradually increasing and expanding stocks for other types of vehicles.
